On Sean Hannity's radio program today, June 26, 2015, Texas Federal Sen. Ted Cruz said that Article V is a viable solution to an activist, aka legislative, Supreme Court.

"I think we need to look at fundamental structural changes, such as periodic retention elections, and if Congress won't act to adopt a fundamental structural amendment like that, I think you're going to see more and more movement for an Article V convention of the states because the men and women of America are fed up with politicians in Washington who won't listen and won't lift a finger to stop this lawlessness."
Here is the serendipity.

With an Article V convention of the states that both Mark Levin and Sen. Ted Cruz advocate, both of these "natural born Citizen" new meaning neo-birthers, aka Article II kissin' cousins to Obot-in-Chief Obama and his cohort who promote the 2008-2015 myth, the theory, the neo-birther idea that ONLY one U.S. citizen parent is sufficient to be an "nbC" and eligible to be President, with an Ariticle V convention to propose amendments, economic or term limits or eligibility, both Levin and Cruz and et al. will be forced to admit that "natural born Citizen" is ONLY a reference to ONLY singular U.S. citizenship ONLY by birth on U.S. soil ONLY by birth to two U.S. citizen married "heterosexual" parents. That means singular U.S. citizenship is possible ONLY by birth on U.S. soil to two U.S. citizen married "heterosexual" parents, not by birth to somebody somewhere on U.S. soil or foreign soil and then being adopted by a single male or female, or by being adopted by two married heterosexual parents or adopted by two "married" homosexual "parents."

So, right thinking citizens want to encourage Mark Levin and Sen. Ted Cruz to promote an Article V convention of the states to propose an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that clarifies that marriage, implicit in the word "born" in "natural born Citizen," is ONLY between a male and a female, ONLY heterosexual men and women, for the purpose of preserving the exceptional exclusivity of "No Person except a natural born Citizen" of the exclusive "We the People...Union..." for the We the People "Posterity" with ONLY singular U.S. citizenship from generation to generation, election to election, POTUS to POTUS.

So, what will WE the People think about this "serendipity" and about an Article V convention of states to propose a constitutional amendment?

An Article V convention will smoke out Levin and Cruz and Hannity and Beck and Limbaugh and Ingraham and Breitbart.com and NationalReview.com, etc. and et al. (there are soooooooooo many et als who are uninformed about the exclusivity of "born" in "natural born Citizen" and POTUS eligibility) into original birther John Jay's originalist camp with the common sense understanding that the original genesis meaning of "born" and the original intent of "natural born Citizen" means, since July 25, 1787 when John Jay authored the phrase to prohibit POTUS eligibility from devolving, not only on naturalized persons, of course, but also implicitly on to persons ALSO born with dual U.S./foreign citizenship, either by birth on U.S. soil OR by birth of foreign soil, to either one OR zero U.S. citizen parents, and instead for POTUS eligibility to devolve ONLY on persons with ONLY singular U.S. citizenship ONLY by birth on U.S. soil ONLY to two U.S. citizen married "heterosexual" parents.

Serendipity, what an appropriate word for a terrible SCOTUS decision about homosexual marriage having equal status with heterosexual marriage that alone can produce the "posterity" of the "WE the People...more perfect Union." That is not a negative expression about people, simply an observation that human kind would not exist if it was not for heterosexual activity producing "posterity" from generation to generation, so that from election to election an eligible President could be chosen by We the People, the Posterity.
